What is our shipping policy?

United Kingdom
We use FedEx or UPS delivery in the UK. £5.99
Delivery within 1-2 working days throughout most of UK's mainland.
Please ensure you share your mobile number with us so that you receive an email or SMS from UPS notifying you of your delivery schedule.
You can add a second pair of diffusers to your order without paying any extra shipping charges.
Sorry we cannot ship to PO Box numbers.
Please note Out of Area.
The Scottish Highlands and Islands and also some other areas in the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail and not UPS.
These post codes are classed as out of area.

UPS Express Saver Service. Expected time scales.
Usa. 2 Days delivery. - £19.00 GBP
Rest of the world 5 days delivery. - £25 - £32.GBP depending on the Country.

European Delivery Updates
Shipments to Europe can now choose to have the duties and taxes paid with the shipping if you choose the option- FedEx Europe Duties and Taxes Paid Option.
If you don’t choose the above option and go with the lower shipping cost then.
On Delivery.
Customers will have to pay, (the parcel carrier) VAT % from the country of delivery to. (example France will be 20%) Plus a processing fee.
All EU-based orders not choosing the FedEx Europe shipping option will have to pay extra custom and clearance fees when the order is delivered.
If the parcel is rejected on delivery we cannot offer a full refund. The return shipping costs and 10% re-stocking charge will be deducted from the original item cost. refunds will only be given when we receive the parcel back.
What will the VAT charge be?
The VAT rate applied will be the one applicable to the relevant EU state, where the order is being delivered to.

Will this be applied to everyone?
Only shipments going to the EU.
It will be applicable to all orders that meet the following criteria:
The order has to be delivered to EU Member State regions (excluding UK).
- The 150 EUR threshold is exclusive of tax and is only applicable to the value of goods (excluding shipping costs).
- Standard service. 5 Days.

Parcels are shipped with a Tracked & Signed service.
International Tracked & Signed items are tracked for overseas with online confirmation and tracking plus proof of delivery provided. The item is only handed over once it has been signed for.
Please leave a telephone number for the carrier it helps for a smoother delivery.
International services are tracked including a confirmed delivery.

Spain - UPS shipping cost is for the mainland only,
If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact me and I will try to add it to the shipping options.
We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier and service if your address is classed as Out of Area when we process the order.
